Tax Programs
We conduct research and offer educational programs targeted toward tax preparers, consultants, and attorneys who work with and prepare tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and farmers. We currently offer several programs: a two-day in-depth program, our regional tax school, and our entities taxation workshops.
The Cornell tax schools have run continuously for over 50 years. Our current schools are taught by small business and farm tax experts. Qualifying program attendees are eligible for New York State Continuing Educational Credits (CPE).
The tax school is led by Joe Bennett. Joe is a CPA and has many years of tax experience as well as tax school teaching experience.
Two-Day In-Depth School
A program designed to provides participants with the opportunity to explore important aspects of small business and farm tax preparation.
Regional Tax School
Provides timely information on tax changes and new rulings of interest to tax preparers.
Entity and Specialty Schools
A variety of detailed courses on business entities and issues such as Limited Liability Companies, estate and gift issues, and Sub-Chapter S Corporations.
